We offer a number of
training courses specialising in both cooking and licensed trade
management.
COOKING
Our intensive cooking courses are supervised by our Head Chef and
cover all aspects of preparing and cooking food for commercial
premises
Courses include:
Basic Cookery - for those who have little or no
knowledge of cooking yet are required to produce food for bar or
restaurant.
Intermediate Cookery - for
those who have attained basic food skills and are working to provide a range of
food for bar and restaurant, menu planning, presentation skills, how to run and
maintain a commercial kitchen.
Chefs Course - for those
with Basic Chefs skills working to extend their knowledge via menu, recipes,
kitchen skills, food management and cooking for profit.
