As one of Britains Leading Country Inns we have pleasure in supplying you with details of our current Business Seminar, Conference Services and Meeting Room facility.
The Inn is a Grade II Listed Building, an Old Coaching Inn built in 1547, with a wealth of Timbered Beams and Inglenook fireplaces, open fires and a rich interior.
With Car Parking facilities we can accommodate up to 70 cars within our grounds.

FACILITIES
Stable Room
A self contained room accommodating up to 20 delegates in a horseshoe style.
Hot and Cold buffet style food facility. Tea and coffee facility. Log fire.
Jacobean Suite
A self contained room accommodating up to 50 delegates in either theatre or auditorium style.
Carvery food facility together with A' la Carte or Hot and Cold Buffet. Tea and coffee facility. Log effect fire.
Toscana Suite
A self contained room accommodating up to 20 delegates in theatre style.
Hot and cold buffet style food. Tea and coffee facility. Log effect fire.
All rooms are equipped to include TV/Video/DVD/OHP/Screen/Flipchart/Easel/Marker Pens which would be supplied as standard or variations on a theme subject to your requirements. Additional equipment can also be supplied to suit your exact needs.
THE ENTIRE INN can be reserved to provide total exclusivity for any type or style of function or meeting during either the day or evening or both.
Product launches and open presentation days can be arranged with additional Marquees erected within the garden and outside seating areas and static advertising boards/materials can be displayed within the car park areas.
Food
All food styles can be provided at varying costs to meet within your allocated budgets. These styles range from a selection of nibbles, assorted sandwich selection, soup, cheeseboard, finger buffet, hot and cold buffet, plated buffet, hot food selection (meat, poulty, fish, seafood) and carvery meats.


Running with both an A' la Carte Restaurant and an India Restaurant at the Inn our Head Chefs' international experience will allow you to discuss your food/menu requirements in greater detail to ensure that your day is a success.
Conference Room Rates
Stable Room £100.00 + VAT
Toscana Suite £100.00 + VAT
Jacobean Suite £150.00 + VAT
The day rate for each of the conference rooms is as above and is from 9.00am until 5.00pm. Changes to these hours can be negotiated with the Management to suit your requirements. Food requirements will be charged subject to the Menu style chosen and agreed.
Additional
Working lunches in a Boardroom style can also be undertaken. Please contact the management to discuss your requirements and details.
BBQ facilities with or without outside marquees are also available and during the winter months our Head Chef can present a LOG FIRE CUISINE which involves cooking an assortment of foods on the open log fire within the Inn providing a very personal food presentation service.
As one of the countries leading WINE stockists our extensive cellars can provide over 300 wines from around the world. The Inn is a Moet and Chandon Vintage Champagne, Dom Perignon and Oenotheque Dom Perignon Centre providing gastronomique evenings and together with 25 additional Champagnes, a vast selection of Cognac and vintage Ports offers and unrivalled service of food and drinks presented in an olde worlde ambience. Chefs famous Ported Stilton Cheese together with a cheeseboard numbering over 20 Cheeses can be provided as part of a Cheese and Wine menu facility. Our late license allows the evenings to continue until 12.30am. Party nights with DISCO are also available.
