COOKERY COURSES
Our Cookery School here at the Inn operates a number of Cookery Courses aimed at both the Domestic Cook and the Commercial Chef. We have a number of courses available for both domestic and commercial purposes to suit those who have a passion for cooking and the serious commercial cook who is looking to be taught to cook as a business for the pub/licensed trade and for a living.
We operate at all levels from the most basic where someone has little or no skills at all in the kitchen and cannot cook right through to those of you who wish to brush up on their skills.
Our 3/5 day courses are more intensive and can be either domestic or commercial. The 7 day course is both day and evening and is aimed at the Commercial market and is an intensive course aimed at teaching a novice to be able to cook food for service within the licensed trade or those looking to put together a food operation within their pub and who have limited knowledge and wish to be shown how to do it.

AN AFTERNOONS COOKERY CLASS WITH OUR HEAD CHEF
A GREAT PRESENT
Spend a complete afternoon under instruction from our Head Chef in the art of food preparation and cookery. You will be shown how to cook a variety of dishes and many of these dishes you will cook for yourself under the guidance and watchful eye of our Head Chef.
Top tips and techniques will be illustrated to you in the surroundings of a working commercial kitchen. The opportunity not just to watch and be shown but to actively participate in the preparation and cooking of some wonderful food.
The opportunity to bring together in harmony both food and drink, with a serious emphasis on wines. This involves not just cooking with wine but which wines to accompany your menu selection and other drinks which will compliment this side of gastronomy.
Instructional afternoons are available by appointment and reservation only. The food you cook may be taken away with you.
COST £95.00p Per Person. Maximum 2 persons per session.
